Quality Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect parts and equipment using an open plate setup using granite plate.
• Execute existing CMM Programs to include trouble shooting programs to ensure the integrity of the measurements.
• Use alternative measuring methods if necessary.  
• Record, analyze inspection results to certify or reject products.
• Maintain paperwork and quality documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Specific technical or vocational training preferred, but not required. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of inspection and production experience in a manufacturing environment required. 
• Experience executing CMM Programs.
• Advanced blueprint reading with GD&T and granite plate measuring skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO work instructions.
