Jim Segelstrom
Chief Executive Officer
Jim has over 25 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial equipment and defense products. He began his career with McNally Industries in the Northern Pump division. From 1994 to 2008, he served as the general manager for the Indiana Branch of Corrosion Fluid Products. He rejoined McNally Industries in 2008 as vice president of Northern Pump and was promoted to senior vice president, general manager, and onward to CEO.
Lori Lien
Vice President of Finance
Lori has been with McNally for more than twenty years, working her way up from accounting clerk to Vice President of Finance. She is directly responsible for cash management, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis along with the human resource and information technology functions. She has advanced training in management; defense contracting and accounting; negotiation; lean accounting; and computerized information systems.
Troy Goetz
Vice President of Operations
Troy has more than twenty years of manufacturing experience in the tool and die and defense industries and has been with McNally Industries since 2005. His background and leadership assures concurrent thinking between the design of a part or system and manufacturability. Troy has a strong educational background in mechanical engineering and design and has certifications in Finance, Government Contracting, Materials, 5S and Lean.
Bret Torgerson
Vice President of Design Engineering
Bret has over 30 years of professional experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining McNally in 2017, Bret served as a Program Manager for multiple design and development programs. In addition, Bret’s focus is on strengthening and growing the design engineering department by identifying new business and reverse engineering opportunities. Bret has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
Dewey Klaphake
Vice President of Business Development
Dewey’s career with McNally started in 1988 as a design/manufacturing engineer in support of the Mk6 Ammunition Hoist Team. As part of the Navy's IPT, he has been deeply involved with all technical and program issues related to the Hoist and Mk45 gun for over 30 years. Dewey has broad experience in government contracting and international sales, including extensive work with the U.S. Department of State. Dewey has course certificates in Government Contracting, Program Management and Negotiating from George Washington University and the Defense Acquisition University.
