JOB TITLE: 2nd Shift Lathe Machinist

Due to our Continued Growth, we have an immediate opening for a 2^nd Shift Machinist to Help Support our Warfighters

Come and work for McNally Industries, located in Northwestern WI, in a clean, modern work environment, where you’ll have 3- day weekends to enjoy the beauty of the area. The workweek consists of four 10- hour days, Monday – Thursday.

You’ll receive paid time off after 90 days, plus 9 paid holidays.

We offer a 2nd shift differential of 15% on top of the hourly wage.

We are currently seeking qualified 2nd shift Lathe Machinist. Individual must possess a positive company attitude and be dedicated to company success. Must be proficient at multitasking and able to support two or more machines simultaneously. Good communication, timely status report outs, and accurate system reporting, is also a must. Three to five years machining experience is preferred, we would also consider candidates with lesser experience and an Associate’s Degree in a machine tool field.
