Prior to the acquisition of McNally Industries, Tom served as Chief Financial Officer of Western Sky Industries, Inc. , a privately-held manufacturer of highly engineered, proprietary component parts used in aerospace applications. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing aggressive acquisition programs and beyond normal CFO responsibilities, he has extensive experience in corporate development, raising capital and the wide-ranging managerial issues within a high growth, manufacturing environment. Prior to Western Sky, Tom worked nine years in Price Waterhouse's Accounting and Auditing Services group focused mainly on middle market clients. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob has 35 years of management experience in the design, development, manufacture and sale of engineered products sold into worldwide markets. His experience includes 14 years at General Electric and 17 years as Sr. Executive with Huck International, a leader in the design and manufacture of high-strength specialty fastener systems for aerospace and industrial markets. Following his tenure with Huck, Bob joined Western Sky Industries, Inc. as the company's first Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all operating activities of the Company. Bob has a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Industrial Management.

As CFO, Marty is responsible for the finance and accounting functions, treasury operations and managing the financing needs of the company. He brings over 13 years of financial management experience to the position. Marty began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP and has held senior financial management positions with a number of companies, both large and small throughout his career. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston College and an MS/MBA with a focus in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Don has been with McNally Industries for nearly 30 years with full responsibility for developing new business and McNally markets. He also has a strong background in Defense Contracting and the operations of the Defense industry. He has a proven history in doing business with the US Government and many fortune 100 companies such as Alliant Tech Systems, General Dynamics, BAE, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and many others. He has a BS from the University of Wisconsin at Superior and significant post graduate work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and George Washington University.

Paul has been with McNally Industries for over 20 years with responsibilities for Product Line P&L and for large, mechanical system projects including Mk6 Ammunition Hoist. Prior to joining McNally, Paul served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering Operations for Brown Boveri TurboMachinery and provided technical leadership in the area of turbine aerodynamics for the Worthington Corporation. Paul has a BSME degree from the Newark College of Engineering.

With more than 25 years of manufacturing and management at McNally, Bill couples His education and career experience to insure that the Company has optimal manufacturing processes to accommodate continued growth. He has a wide variety of skills and knowledge including Mechanical Engineering, Program Management, Estimating and supervision. As the VP of Operations Bill has management responsibility for the Company's internal operating departments including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Control.

Lori is an active member of the McNally Management Team and has served in the Accounting and Finance department for over 20 years. She is responsible for budget and finance reporting as well as implementation of short and long-term strategic planning. Her departmental responsibilities also include project and indirect planning, Accounting, Information Technologies, and cost proposal development and profit or business analysis. In her role she works closely with the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Defense Contract Management Agency.

- Design Engineering & Programs
Steve's 20 years of experience in manufacturing and design, as well as his degrees in business and mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, brought him to McNally Industries. Steve has significant experience as an ISO Internal Auditor, Certified Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing Professional (SME), and Certified Process Engineer (3M), as well as years of experience designing for the defense industry.

Dean retired from the United States Air Force where he spent 26 years trained in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance compliance, NDT, Quality Systems, Senior Management, and Team building. He received a Bachelor's degree in Management /Human Resources from Park University and an Associates degree in Metallurgy from the community college of the Air Force.

Troy has served the manufacturing world with innovative ideas for cost reductions and as a mentor for engineers. He has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering and has been with McNally Industries and previous manufacturing companies in the management arena with 20 years of manufacturing experience.
