You will find that McNally Industries’ capabilities extend far beyond that of manufacturing precision components. Many of our products have been designed from form, fit and function specifications provided by customers for a demanding application need.

McNally Industries is also well equipped to re-engineer or reverse engineer products as necessary to support customer needs. We have re-engineered products to improve performance, reduce waste and extend service life. Customers have utilized our reverse engineering capabilities where drawings no longer exist or are obsolete. McNally Industries experience in this arena has been important in our work on a variety of military platforms. We utilize the latest technologies including stereo lithography which is one of the many types of rapid prototyping processes to speed the development of your project.

Overhaul and Repair Capabilities
Our overhaul and repair services are all in a days business at McNally. We routinely overhaul and bring our proprietary products, or those of our customer, back to "like new" condition. That includes our rotary gear pumps, valve assemblies, Phalanx coolant pumps, Mk6 ammunition hoists and many other products where the United States Navy utilizes our facility as a Designated Depot for overhaul and repair.

McNally Industries also provides services for welding and many other metals joining certified to military specifications.
