Executive Team

Jim has over 25 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial equipment and defense products. He began his career with McNally Industries in the Northern Pump division. From 1994 to 2008, he served as the general manager for the Indiana Branch of Corrosion Fluid Products. He rejoined McNally Industries in 2008 as vice president of Northern Pump and was promoted to senior vice president, general manager, and onward to CEO.

Lori has been with McNally for more than thirty years, working her way up from accounting clerk to Chief Financial Officer. She is directly responsible for cash management, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis along with the human resource and information technology functions. She has advanced training in management; defense contracting and accounting; negotiation; lean accounting; and computerized information systems.

Bret has over 30 years of professional experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Prior to joining McNally in 2017, Bret served as a Program Manager for multiple design and development programs. In addition, Bret’s focus is on strengthening and growing the design engineering department by identifying new business and reverse engineering opportunities. Bret has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.

Jay has 30 years of leadership experience in aerospace and defense. He began working at Flying Cloud Airport in Minnesota while obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota. From 1998 to 2008, Jay’s US Air Force experience included instructor pilot, combat tested A-10 flight lead and Assistant Director of Operations. He returned to Minnesota in 2008 and started his career in international business development and program management with Alliant Techsystems (ATK). In 2021, Jay became Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at McNally Industries.
